In his role at SimpliVity as VP, Global Channels, George was responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy that enabled SimpliVity to extend its market reach by leveraging an ecosystem of empowered, self-sufficient partners. Under his leadership, he developed SimpliVity’s channel program and GTM team and oversaw the rapid expansion of SimpliVity’s channel to over 60 countries, with the channel contributing 100 percent of revenue.
Prior to SimpliVity, George spent 17 years at EMC. He was Sr. Director of Global Channels for EMC’s Isilon Division, where he tripled the partner business in 3 years. Tian Beng joined Dell in 1998 and has held several senior management roles since that time. He most recently held the role of Senior Vice President & Managing Director, South Asia and Korea, where he was responsible for Dell’s business for both commercial and consumer customers in the region.
His past roles include being the General Manager for Singapore and Brunei, and also as the Director of Dell’s Global Accounts business with responsibility for Dell’s largest global customers throughout Asia-Pacific and Japan. He has also served as Enterprise Director for South Asia where he was responsible for Dell’s server, storage and networking lines of business.
He joined Dell after having worked for Sony Electronics Devices where he was responsible for sales of computer peripherals to OEMs and distribution channels in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Tian Beng is concurrently the site leader for the Dell Singapore operations since 2012. In this capacity, he leads overall site activities across all Singapore based functions for the company which includes worldwide procurement, global supply chain, design center, etc.
He plays an active leadership role in the Singapore IT community and has served in various leadership roles with the Singapore Infocomm Federation (SiTF) since 2007. He is currently the 1st Vice-Chairman at SiTF.

Mr. Blanco is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur, with over 30 years of domestic and international experience. During his career, Mr. Blanco held executive technical and channel sales and marketing positions at DCA, Micro Tempus, Verint, Ingram Micro, Eastern Airlines, Citicorp and FPL.
Currently, Mr. Blanco serves as the Global Senior Director for the Cloud Service Provider business at Citrix Systems (www.citrix.com). In this capacity, Mr. Blanco has senior management and P&L responsibility for the service provider business worldwide, which represents $150 million in revenue and growing at just over 30% annually.

Vish and his team have co-created a number of innovations in Mobile Backhaul, Network Automation and SDN/NFV use cases for SP customers that have met global market share gains and profitable growth.

Dr Eng Lim Goh

Dr. Eng Lim Goh joined SGI in 1989, becoming a chief engineer in 1998 and then chief technology officer in 2000. After acquisition, HPE appointed him vice president and chief technology officer for high performance computing and artificial intelligence. He oversees programs to develop the next generation computer architecture. His current research interest is in the progression from analytics, inductive machine learning, deductive reasoning and artificial specific to general intelligence. He continues his studies in human perception for user interfaces and virtual and augmented reality. In collaboration with NASA he is principal investigator of a year-long experiment, aboard the International Space Station, to operate high performance computers for long duration space travel – this won both the 2017 HPCwire Top Supercomputing Achievement and Hyperion Research Innovation Awards.
A Singapore Visionary Award recipient, Dr. Goh is a Scientific Advisory Board member of the National Research Foundation, Prime Minister’s Office. In 2005, InfoWorld named Dr. Goh one of the World’s 25 Most Influential CTOs. He was included twice in the HPCwire list of “People to Watch”; 2005 and 2015. In 2007, he was named “Champions 2.0” of the industry by BioIT World magazine, and received the HPC Community Recognition Award from HPCwire. Dr. Goh is a frequent industry speaker on innovations and their applications. His work for Stephen Hawking included an invitation, on his 70th birthday symposium, to introduce the work of the 2011 Nobel Prize winner in Physics, Professor Saul Perlmutter.
Before joining SGI, he worked for Intergraph Systems, Schlumberger Wireline and Shell Research. A Shell Cambridge University Scholar, Dr. Goh completed his PhD research and dissertation on parallel architectures and computer graphics, and holds a first-class honors degree in mechanical engineering from Birmingham University in the U.K. He has been granted six U.S. patents, with three others pending.

Nimesh Dave serves as executive vice president, global cloud of Ingram Micro Inc., the world’s largest technology distributor and supply-chain services provider based in Irvine, Calif.
As a member of the Ingram Micro worldwide executive team, Nimesh is responsible for the overall strategic direction, sales growth and business development of the company’s global cloud business unit.
In addition to his cloud responsibilities, from September 2012 to August 2014 Nimesh had oversight for designing and implementing harmonized global business practices throughout the organization and architecting world-class solutions to meet Ingram Micro’s diverse customer needs. Mike Zilis serves as Ingram Micro Inc. Executive Vice President and Group President of Asia Pacific. In this role he’s responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Ingram Micro’s operations in the Asia Pacific market. He was named to this position in August 2016 and is based in Irvine, Calif. Since the beginning of 2018, Mike also oversees Ingram Micro’s “Internet of Things” global business and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to this role, Mike served as EVP and group president from July 2015 through July 2016, where he oversaw Ingram Micro’s US mobility business as well as Ingram Micro’s full operations in Latin American, Eastern European, ASEAN and Hong Kong markets. Mike served as EVP and president of Ingram Micro’s Latin America Technology Solutions business from January 2014 through June 2015, where he resided over all aspects of Ingram Micro’s core distribution business across the Latin American markets.
Before this, Mike was executive vice president of Asia Pacific, since August 2012. In this role, Mike was accountable for the region’s operations while also leading special regional projects, including the company’s recovery program in Australia and assisting with the integration of the company’s Middle East acquisition of Aptec.
Mike joined Ingram Micro in 2006 as senior vice president and corporate controller. In this capacity, he was accountable for the company’s financial planning and analysis, external and internal financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance efforts, long-term strategic planning, debt and finance structuring, financial due diligence and merger and acquisition work.
